Richard has worked in the Industry for 24 years which has see him work the length and breadth of the UK from Liquid Aberdeen to Oceana Plymouth and as far afield as Bangkok. Richard lives and breathes the industry taking on various roles over a successful career that has seen him recognised at a National Level through awards.

Wes is a successful graduate from Luminar's Management Development Programme, he has worked his way through the ranks from bar staff to operations manager gaining a vast knowledge of the industry.

Chumba is the venues Light Jock, and has been making the lights dazzle for almost 5 years now.
