Bar Staff

We are looking for new people to join our team at Romford's multi-award winning venue. Experience is not required, just the passion to work hard and enjoy yourself. Working in a nightclub you will personally play a huge part in the enjoyment of thousands of customers nights and that of your team.

The Bar job role includes:
- Preparing bar for service
- Serving and receiving payment for drinks
- Answering customer queries
- Keeping the service area clean
- Closing-down the bar at the end of the night

As part of Luminar Leisure the UK's forefront late-night leisure operator we can offer excellent training and progression opportunities. Upon being employed as a Crew Member you will receive a comprehensive induction and on-going work-based training. You will have opportunity to progress, first to supervisor and then into management where you can join our degree programme.
