A massive £5m refurbishment to the former Territorial Army Drill Hall on Stanhope Road dramatically transformed the building into Portsmouth's No.1 venue in 2007. Formally known as Time & Envy on Southsea seafront, Liquid & Envy has set a high standard for clubbers since it's move to the centre of town.
